1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

2. Returns & Refunds
As most of our products are handcrafted and made to order, we only accept returns in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received the wrong item.
In such cases, please share images or videos of the product within 48 hours of delivery to inlynaven@gmail.com. Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product pickup and inspection.
3. Non-returnable Items
Due to the delicate nature of handcrafted products, items such as Pashmina shawls, stoles, sarees, and customized orders are non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.
